Effective since December 8, 2015, this association has been a tax exempted public charity organization under the IRC section 501(c)3 with IRS determination. Donors can deduct contributions to this organization under IRC section 170. This organization also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
